BirdRock Asset Management is a fee only investment advisory firm based in Austin, Texas. We have gained national recognition as a leading investment firm with a fiduciary responsibility to act in our clients' best interests. We are GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards) compliant and all performance is verified by an independent GIPS verification firm. Both the BirdRock Asset Management Large Cap and Small Cap portfolios have been recognized as "Top Gun" performers for the period ending 12/31/08. These designations are particularly notable as the economy entered a recession and the stock market suffered significant losses in 2008.

Steve Levy, AWMA - President |
Steve Levy serves as President of BirdRock Asset Management. He is responsible for overseeing the Small Cap Value and Large Cap Value portfolios and is a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Levy began his career as a reinsurance analyst with The JI Companies in Austin, TX before joining Janus Capital in 1999. He served on the Investment Committee of Slaughter & Associates for five years and has managed the Small Cap Value portfolio since its inception in January of 2004. Mr. Levy has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Spanish with an emphasis in International Relations from San Diego State University, and studied emerging markets, economics and U.S. Foreign Policy in Latin America at the Universidad Colegio Anahuac in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1986-87. Mr. Levy holds an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA) designation from the College for Financial Planning. |

Christina Cannella Borger - Managing Director |
Christina Cannella Borger serves as Managing Director. She brings 10 years of experience in the investment industry to BirdRock Asset Management and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company. Ms. Borger is a member of the Investment Committee and is active in the management of the BirdRock Small Cap Value and Large Cap Value portfolios. Prior to joining BRAM, Ms. Borger was the Assistant Chief Investment Officer for the Public Employees Retirement System of Nevada, and with the San Antonio Fire and Police Pension Fund as well as Janus Capital. She has an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University. |

Kai Zhang - Research Analyst Intern |
Kai Zhang serves as research analyst intern for BirdRock Asset Management. He is responsible for stock research and analysis, as well as portfolio accounting and calculations. Prior to joining BRAM, he interned for Bank of China Investment Management in Shanghai and China Investment Corporation in Beijing. He is now a third year Master in Professional Accounting, business honors, and economics honors student at The University of Texas at Austin. |

Heather Justman, CPA - Comptroller |
Heather Justman, CPA serves as Comptroller for BirdRock Asset Management. She is responsible for the firm's accounting and taxes. She brings a diverse accounting background to BirdRock Asset Management, with experience in real estate management and development, oil and gas property and acquisition, and partnership taxation. In addition, Ms. Justman has provided accounting services to non-profit organizations. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. |
